NPCC Engineering Private Limited (NEL) was established in February 2007 to offer Design & Engineering Services to the Oil & Gas Industries. NEL, headquartered in Mumbai, is a wholly owned subsidiary of NPCC Abu Dhabi.
Over the past 16 years, NEL has experienced significant growth and gained substantial recognition in the Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Industry in India and GCC as a capable and professional Engineering Company.
As part of its expansion plan, NEL acquired the majority shares in ANEWA Engineering Private Limited (ANEWA), based in Hyderabad, in August 2015. ANEWA, established in 2007, specializes in Design and Engineering Services for Indian and international Oil & Gas onshore, offshore projects using various software. ANEWA also provides engineering services to various other industries.
NEL has a strong engineering team of 500. NEL and ANEWA currently have a combined engineering capacity of 1000+ employees, with combined strength, NEL can take up medium and large complex Onshore and Offshore projects.
NEL has a team of experienced engineers and designers in various engineering discipline: Process and Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Rotating, Static, and Pressure Vessels), Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Subsea Pipeline Engineering, Piping Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Telecommunication Engineering, Procurement Engineering, Project Engineering Management and Planning, Inspection, and Expediting.
NEL possesses state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and dedicated communication links to NPCC, Abu Dhabi, to provide engineering services to global customers. NEL is equipped with cutting-edge software required for OIL & GAS Projects, such as 3D Modeling in E3D and SP3D, Aspen Suite – HYSYS; FlareNet, SACS, CAESAR II, SPID, SPEL, SPI, OffPipe, GRL-WEAP, STAAD Pro, Spoolgen, ETAP, AVEVA suite, PV Elite, TEKLA, InstruCalc, SolidWorks, ABACUS, and OrcaFlex, AutoCAD Civil 3D etc. Additionally, NEL has direct access to the inhouse software available within NPCC. NEL diligently incorporates the engineering procedures and standards of NPCC, developed and tested over several years, to the greatest extent possible. By utilizing the best resources available, NEL ensures the efficient execution of engineering activities and delivers cost-effective solutions to its clients.
NEL has successfully undertaken design and engineering projects for numerous Onshore and Offshore ventures, establishing a strong track record in the design and engineering of Onshore facilities, new offshore platforms, Subsea pipelines, Risers, topside modifications on well platforms, and Process platforms.
