|
A mechanical engineer withexperiencein Design and detailengg of Static equipment /equipment packages such as pressure vessels, columns, tanks, heatex-changers(shell and tube, Fin-fan, Plate and frame, printed circuit type)filters coalescers etc.
Working experience withOffshore design & engg. Co.
Be conversant with design,calculations, and detailing, preparation of detail engineering deliverables such as deliverable list, Equipment list, Static equipment specifications, data sheets,technicalclarifications and review meetings,technicalbid evaluation and reports, purchase specifications, vendor data review and resolution oftechnicalissues within multi-disciplinary engineering team and with the clients/construction team and owner/operators.
Be able to prepare bid proposal by identifying the scope of work, contractual requirements, deliverables, and estimate the quantity/man-hr and schedule of work.
Be conversant with industry codes and standards such as ASME, BS/PD 5500, API, ANSI, ISO, NFPA, ASTM, AWS, AISC, ISA etc. that are commonly used in oil and gas design, engineering, fabrication, QA and testing
Candidates with relevant experience with Equipment fabrication will also be considered if they have added experience of design/engg.
