Job Description
• Lead the tender or project as nominated by HOD.
• The Lead Discipline Engineer is assigned to a project and is the primary focal point for both HOD and PEM for the discipline activities on the project.
• Provide technical leadership in discipline engineering activities on tenders and projects.
• Provide technical input on tenders, EPC contract and in-house engineering services.
• Support the HOD in the management of the discipline team.
• To ensure that all work performed within their discipline is in accordance with sound engineering practice and applicable design codes and guidelines.
• To ensure that all work performed within their discipline is in accordance with HSE and QMS requirements at all times.
• To manage and supervise all engineers and technical resources within their discipline on a project and to ensure the adequacy, accuracy and correctness of all deliverables produced on a project within their discipline.
• To report to the PEM and HOD on the requirements for and utilization of engineers and engineering resources (drafting, software, codes, references etc.)
• Participate in projects in accordance with project requirements Report to the HOD on all aspects of technical integrity for work executed within their discipline on a project and for administrative issues.
• Report to the PEM on the execution of the work within their discipline to the budget and schedule.
• Manage the work of their discipline engineers and draftspersons on the project and identify other technical resources required for the work.
• Prepare engineering man-hour estimates, or review estimates, for tenders or on projects when requested by HOD or PEM.
• Participate in the management of the discipline team by performing specific non-project tasks and duties as may be requested by the HOD.
• Participate in business development and Client’s meetings when requested.
• Encourage and facilitate team building.

• Boat Landing, RP/CP Analysis
• Pile Drivability Analysis
• Deck Inplace Analysis
• Deck Misc Design
• Heledeck & Building module design
• Deck Preservice Analysis
• Must have done atleast 2-3 Detail Engineering offshore projects with Jacket/Deck Design scope of work.
• Software: SACS (Mandatory), GRLWEAP,` STAAD, ABACUS, MATHCAD, USFOS NON-TECHNCICAL COMPETENCIES:
