Job Description 1. Formulate dive plans in liaison with DOM. client, barge/vessel teams and marine superintendents. 2. Attend client meetings on a regular basis to clarify operational requirements. 3. Brief all divers on the operational & contingency plans and procedures to be followed during the diving operation. 4. Maintain safety of dive team and ensure that the diving operation is carried out from dive site equipped to deal with emergencies as per diving operation manual. 5. Oversee diving operations to ensure that their execution complies with the legal requirements of HSE, AODC (Association of Offshore Diving Contractors) & IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and diving systems management of NPCC. 6. Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operating condition. 7. Plan the mobilization of diving equipment & personnel by conferring with relevant parties. 8. Analyze records & reports to validate their compliance with Company & IMCA standards. 9. Required training is provided to dive crew members to administer emergency measures. 10. Compliance in accordance with IMCA & Company codes and HSE standards.

Skills Required
• 10 years experience in the diving industry offshore with 5 years of experience in the roles of diver and 5 years of experience in offshore air supervisor and offshore air superintendent.
• Valid HSE Part 2 or equivalent.
• Valid IMCA module 2.
• Current & valid offshore medical certificate.
• Current & valid offshore survival valid certificate.
• Qualified Bell or Air Dive Supervisor competence’s certificate.
• Must be proficient with IMCA code of practice and work standards.
• Must be familiar with diving machinery and systems.
• Basic knowledge of operation of DP (Dynamic Positioning) systems, construction barges and DSV (Dive Support Vessel).
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work in a team and a remote environment.
