|
Lead Estimation Engineer
- Lead estimation activities for various Enquiries simultaneously and timely issuance of optimized Commercial Inputs, including Technical Clarifications / Qualifications.
- Have coordination with concerned Departments / Sections to finalize Technical / Commercial Inputs.
- Preparation of input related Project Schedule and meet Project requirements.
- Finalizing execution strategy based on availability of resources.
- Prepare Technical and Commercial inputs for Tenders to be utilized for pricing.
- Attend clarification meetings with Client and resolve clarifications / qualifications
- Keep fully informed of industry norms / practices of relevant activities. Ensure agreed strategies & set procedures are implemented.
- Motivate, train, develop and appraise staff.
- Ensure implementation & compliance with HSE / QC Standard.
- Ensure implementation of Department Objectives

| Skills Required
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical or Civil.
- 9 years’ experience in Offshore construction / Onshore Construction, preferably in Oil & Gas Sector.
- Thorough understanding of offshore / yard operations and equipment.
- Good negotiation and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Potential managerial skills.
- Good presentation skills.
