• Directs and co-ordinates project activities.
• Reviews contract documents.
• Co-ordinates mobilisation/demobilisation of offshore resources.
• Resourcing requirements.
• Planning package.
• Project monitoring system.
• Provides resources and resolves problems.

• Supervises subordinate Engineers.

• Represents NPCC with third parties.
• Monitors contractor performance.

• Estimates Bids, Change orders and settlements.
