Another Major Milestone Achieved: NEL is Fully Owned by NPCC

NPCC achieved another major milestone in its strategic objectives and gained the full ownership of NPCC Engineering Pvt. Limited (NEL), Mumbai (India) on the 23rd of July 2015.

NEL was incorporated in February 2007 as a JV between NPCC (74%) and Arcadia Shipping (26%). Through the past 8 years, NEL has gained a substantial recognition in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry in India and GCC as a capable and professional engineering company able to deliver major design engineering projects. With over 250 professionals, NEL is considered as a unique addition and another milestone in the journey to the enhancement of NPCC’s engineering arm.

NPCC is still committed to enhance its engineering capabilities organically and inorganically as a part of its strategic objectives.
