  • Saudi Aramco Awards a Contract of four Offshore Platforms and Pipelines -2017

    Saudi Aramco placed its confidence in the National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) by awarding a new contract of 4 Offshore Platforms and associated Submarine Pipelines, Cables and Tie Ins for Al Safaniya, Zuluf and Berri Oilfields. This EPC contract includes Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Load-out, Transportation, Installation, Hook-up and Pre-commissioning work of 4 Offshore Platforms (SSS Wellhead Decks) with the associated 4 Subsea Pipelines, 3 Submarine Cables and Downstream Tie-ins.

  • Saudi Aramco Awards 2 Contracts for 17 Offshore Jackets –2017

    Saudi Aramco awarded 2 new contracts for 17 Offshore Jackets in Berri & Marjan Oilfields to NPCC. These contracts include Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Transportation and Installation of 9 and 8 jackets respectively, and will be completed in 11 months.

  • Aramco awarded 2 projects for 10 & 9 Jackets respectively to NPCC- 2018

    Aramco awarded 2 projects for 10 & 9 Jackets respectively to NPCC. First project, Project 8239, for 10 Jackets requires NPCC to engineer, procure, fabricate, transport and install in Abu Safah, Safaniyah, Marjan & Lawhah fields in KSA, water depths ranging from 18m to 60m, within a completion period of 360 days.

    Second project for 9 Jackets requires NPCC to engineer, procure, fabricate, transport and install in Zuluf field in KSA, water depths ranging from 38m to 46m, the project to be completed in one year.

  • EPC Contract for Nasr Full Field Development Project Package 1 – 2014

    ADNOC Offshore awarded National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) an EPC contract Nasr1.


    The contract was awarded with an approximate value of Dh1.8 Billion.


    Scope of work to build and install 7 platforms and pipelines, for additional gas supply to onshore and improve flexibility at Umm Shaif Super Complex.

  • ADNOC Offshore Awarded Bu Haseer FFD Project to NPCC - 2018

    This project will increase the peak production from Bu Haseer field from 8 MBD in the EPS Phase to 16 MBD and will also provide water injection facilities for reservoir pressure maintenance. The FFD phase project scope will include an additional offshore wellhead tower (WHT-BH2), tie-in modifications on the existing wellhead tower (WHT-BH1), interconnecting 12” pipeline and composite subsea cable between the two wellhead towers, a new separator, scrubber and custody metering facilities at Das Island, 10” water injection pipelines, fiber optic cables and tie-ins to the existing SARB facilities at Zirku Island.

  • ONGC awarded Ratna, R –Series Contract to NPCC – 2018

    ONGC awarded Ratna, R – Series Contract to NPCC. Scope of work involves Survey , Design , Engineering , Procurement , Fabrication , Load Out , Transportation , Installation and Commissioning of 5 new unmanned Wellhead Platforms (R- 12B , R- 13A,R-9A, R- 10A (Riser – cum –WHP)&R-7A ), 9 segments of pipeline with total length of 140 KMs of various sizes, 5 segments of composite cables with total length of 63 KM’s and modifications at 2 existing platforms . 1 of the new unmanned platform has high H2S content requiring suitable facilities for scavenging H2S. The project is scheduled to be completed by April 2019.

  • National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) Wins AED 633 Million Bu Haseer Contract from ADNOC

    National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), part of Senaat Abu Dhabi, has won an EPC contract for Bu Haseer FFD project from ADNOC Offshore.

    NPCC, a leading international EPC contractor, provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning services to Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas sectors, and is headquartered in Abu Dhabi with offices around the region. It was founded in Abu Dhabi in 1973. SENAAT, representing the government of Abu Dhabi, owns 70% and Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) owns 30%.

    This Bu Haseer FFD project will increase the peak production from the Bu Haseer field from 8 MBD in the EPS Phase to 16 MBD and will also provide water injection facilities for reservoir pressure maintenance...

  • ADMA-OPCO signs AED 3.25 Billion EPC Contract for Lower Zakum Development (Zakum Oil Lines Replacement Project - Phase I) - 2014.

    ADMA-OPCO signed an EPC contract for the First Phase of Lower Zakum Oil Lines Replacement Project (Phase I) with the NPCC at an approximate value of AED 3.257 billion ($ 885 m).

     

    The project is part of ADMA-OPCO's Lower Zakum 100 MBD programme aimed at enhancing the oil production capacity from Lower Zakum Field as part of its overall scheme to raise the company's oil production from the current 600,000 bpd to around one million bpd by 2020.

     

    The First Phase of Zakum Oil Lines Replacement Project consists of approximately 90 km of Oil Pipelines replacement and associated Wellhead Towers modification.

  • EPC Contract for Umm Lulu Full Field Development Project Package-1 - 2013

    Adma-Opco has signed Dh2.8 billion Engineering, Procurement and Construction, or EPC, contract for Umm Lulu (UL) full field development project package-1 with the NPCC.

     

    The EPC work entails the construction and installation of six new well head towers along with a riser platform topside, 90 kilometers long infield pipelines, 125 kilometers long main oil lines, and 100 kilometers long fiber optic Cables. The project involves Brownfield modifications on two existing wellhead towers in UL Field

  • EPC Work of Umm Lulu Full Field Development Project – Package 2 - 2013

    NPCC, in consortium with Technip France Abu Dhabi, has been awarded by ADMA-OPCO, the contract for the EPC Work of Umm Lulu Full Field Development Project – Package 2 (Process Facilities). Throughout the duration of the contract, NPCC will be the consortium leader and be responsible for the overall delivery of the project.

     

    The contract was awarded with an approximate value of US Dollars 1.69 Billion, at the conclusion of a competitive bidding process in which many international EPC contractors participated. The contract's scope of work consists of the detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning and start-up of a large offshore super complex located in the Umm Lulu Field. The complex will comprise six bridge linked platforms including gathering, separation, gas treatment and water disposal facilities, utilities and accommodation modules. These platforms totaling over 66,000 metric tons will be fabricated at NPCC's yard in Abu Dhabi.

  • EPC Contract for installation of two offshore pipelines in the Musandam area Oman - 2013.

    A new multiphase offshore pipeline will import well fluids from the Bukha field to Musandam Gas Plant for processing. An offshore export pipeline will also be installed to transport sales gas from Musandam to Saqr Port in Ras Al Khaimah.

     

    The two pipelines have a total length exceeding 30 km and will be laid in water depth of up to 90 m. The approximately $40 million contract provides NPCC an entry into the lucrative Omani market and is in line with its expansion strategy.

  • UZ-750 Project No. 8383 EPC-1 (Subsea Pipelines, Structures and First Oil Facilities) - 2012

    NPCC, in consortium with Technip France Abu Dhabi, has been awarded by ZADCO, the contract for the EPC of UZ-750 Project No. 8383 EPC-1 Package. The approximate value of the contract is US Dollars 800 million. The consortium will be led by NPCC.

     

    The scope of the contract consists of EPC for Subsea Pipelines, Structures and First Oil Facilities. 

    The contract is for the first phase of Zakum Development Co's (Zadco) expansion at its offshore oil field whose production will rise 100,000 barrels per day (bpd) when completed.

  • Integrated Gas Development Project - Habshan Platform (HAP) - 2009.

    The ADMA-OPCO portion involves the challenging offshore portion of gas production by drilling additional gas wells and processing platforms at Umm Shaif for gas dehydration and transfer to Das Island through the new main gas line to be laid under this contract.
