Mumbai is a wholly owned subsidiary of NPCC Abu Dhabi. Initially NEL was formed & incorporated initially as a joint venture between National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) Abu Dhabi & Arcadia Shipping limited Mumbai in 2007, until July 2015.
